Try Avantix www.avantix.ru or go directly to the official international ticket booth which is located near Leningradsky vokzal (I suspect there are others in town). You do not necessarily save anything by using an agent in this case.

If you don't mind travelling by bus it may save you some money. There r lot's of buses near the German Consulate on Pilugina street (the End of Leninskij Prospekt).

A cheap return flight ticket is just about 320 USD. Guess a train would not be much cheaper than 170 USD one way.

In fact, there are so many specials for German cities that you may end up paying <300 for a round trip air ticket. Try www.infinity.ru or Avantix as mentioned above.

Gexx don't fly to FRA, yet you can get with them to TXL (too far) or MUC (also far) or DUS (pretty close) and then use some ground transportation. An alternative would be getting to TXL and taking HapagLloyd Express (www.hlx.com or www.hlf.de) or GermanWings (www.germanwings.de). Also try Air Berlin (www. air-berlin.com)
