....and European Union countries took up four of the top ten slots, which surprised me! Well at least we know thanks to the Bernie Boys that they weren't overstaying here for economic opportunity or medical care ;)

Also quite surprising that a YUGE 40% of our illegal population is thought to be visa Overstays!! That's what you get when your country doesn't allow random document checks, I suppose......SHOW ME YOUR PAPERS

Trump says his administration will try to fix this with the standard, boilerplate, Globalist non-solutions ("improved entry and exit screening"), but he also mentions removal, which, if the Republican and Democrat Elite allow him to follow through on, would be YUGEEEEly effective.

I personally know at least a dozen Russkies who overstayed after their work n travel gigs were up, and who could blame them?? With no risk whatsoever of removal, you'd be crazy to go back home! But maybe that'll all change soon. And BTW, Russia did not even make the top ten list of overstay countries. But I bet they'd do pretty well for birth tourism; I mean I was shocked that friends of my high net worth clients were wasting their time in something as unseemly and unsophisticated as birth tourism. :vomit:

I know a couple of people that flew to America to do the birth tourism thing. And one fam did it twice. Personally, I think it;s great -- the more passports the better, looking forward at the job market in say, 18 years time.

The only thing I don't get is how the whole thing is legal. What visa do the mothers get?

Which were the 4 European countries?

I could hazard a guess, but for fear of being branded a racist, I will wait for the weblink....

Tolko, the link is at the top of my post! ;). But off the top of my head, they were the UK, Germany, Spain and France; basically all the big WWII players still not getting their acts together, what with Democratic socialism bogging them down and all

Yeah, as far as I understand, this whole twisted notion of birthright citizenship we have, where you need no connection to the USA but only need to physically fall out of your mother here on our land, was created out of thin air by our Supreme Court. With no ties to Constitutionality or English Common Law!
I often wonder why only we get the kinds of Justices who love other people's citizens more than our own! (Perhaps they were planted by tricky Soviet spies, just like the Soviets snuck in an advisor to Roosevelt, and many other sleeper agents!)
A lot of members here think the USA bosses around the other countries of the world. But look at our military protection, financial help, trade deals, and immigration rules offered to the rest of the world- it's enough to make you think it's the other way around!!

what surprised me, why would Canada be in the first place? I thought travel for citizens of both countries (the USA and Canada) was visa free? And what is so interesting I the USA that Canadians would overstay there visum. there is also no breakdown if it was an - accidently- overstay on a tourist visum. or a deliberate overstay on a work or other visum.suppose these 700k make a nice number, that is all that counts for the chairpushers and stamp pad protectors.

it's amzing how many deluded people there are in the world. i see, america does not bully other countries.

700k visa overstays - sounds like a lot of suckers for punishment. I guess america is better than the congo or Iraq.

as far as birth tourism goes, little do they know in 20 years from now how useless that will be.
