Want to sell my apartment in 2019...need help.

Hi guys, I'd like to sell my apartment in Krim next year. I have a number of questions.

1) I believe Russia hits tax non-residents with a 30% tax when selling an apartment; correct?

2) If tax non-residents are indeed taxed when selling an apartment; who, when and how is this tax collected?

3) What would I need to do to legally avoid having to pay this tax?

Do you know the answers to your questions now?
If not
1. No tax on sold property that you own for more that 3 years (you have to purchase it before January 1, 2016) or 5 year (if you purchase it after January 1, 2016). If you do not comply on that then 30% tax.
2. Federal Tax agency (money goes to the Russian Budget)
3. Nothing. If you do not want to pay that do not pay and see what happens. You probably will never get caught.
