Hold on, not so fast.

Korea send $4 Billion to USA for weapons. plus pay $1 Billion per year payment for the US troops.

Who got permission to stop the american weapons makers shoveling up money?

Before Trump claims that any peace is his personal victory, we should not overlook the great and more measured work undertaken by the South Koreans who seek re-unification, and the friendly pressure applied by China and the RF.

And, perhaps more to the point is the likelihood that the main nuclear test site is now unusable following a series of earthquakes which had been triggered following the last nuclear test which have rendered the the test site unusable / almost destroyed..........

-wisdom- says that this is the main reason Kim was coming and shaking hands.... after all now he has realy nothing, real or maybe imaginary only, to counter any western or South Korean attack. should it ever have come to that.

Yeah but maybe the South Koreans thought they better step up their game because of the nut in the White House?

Yes, most likely, some of us are allergic to nuts! :D

Nuts can be bad for your health! ;)

Oh c'mon Tolko this is quite obviously 100% Trump's victory. Any pressure applied by China cam via Trump, likely through his trade pressures. And the recent relaxing of promised future sanctions against RF? My money's on Trump using that as a bargaining chip to get RF to apply this "friendly pressure" that you refer to.

Of course, I could be wrong, but in that case the ball's in your court to explain the motivation for this friendly pressure and the reason lack of nukes caused NKorea to give up now vs. decades ago when they also didn't have nukes  :trampoline:

You could be correct, but I think that this, if accurate, could have much to do with the recent NK change in attitude........
