Goods and items to Colombia

As I'm likely to fly Medellin through Barajas this early September an offer's opened to fly any of your items to those countries too. The offer comes free although a pay in karma points would be accepted. Or you could assist in transporting medical and other items to Guatemala either from Russia or Colombia. The items are meant for a charity clinic (https://he-he.org/en/main) in the rural Guatemala.
