i know that. but this post to me at least, is the business card of the company. and therefore should be without mistakes. and since they are offering Russian/english translations it should be even more than perfect. as simple as that.

or compared to my work. a menu is the business card of a restaurant. and should be therefore without mistakes. grammatically and otherwise.

it is one thing when /we/ post here. mistakes and typos do happen. and sometimes our fingers are quicker pressing the post button than /correction/. here i am the last to comment. because i do the same. but than our posts are not business proposals. and they are charging quite a pretty penny. so one can expect the best only. and should these mistakes happen in a contract, or other important document, it can cost 1000's very quickly. THAT was my point.

We do work 24/7 if there is such a need. Such needs did not not happen too often recently. In case of rush nobody will drop the task at 6pm, the reputation of trustworthy partner is very valuable.
Office hours are of course the most convinient and productive for the majority of specilalists, so the rates with usual office hours are the cheapest. There are also stated rates for evenings and weekends, these are not popular at all. We had no contracts yet for for full 24/7 but this is possible.

You are right indeed with that, I had to prepare better. And very good sample with menu, I feel a bit frustrated if I see mistakes there. A dish with a mistake has lower chances to be ordered and higher chances to be laughed at. :(

:) To lift the fallen reputation I propose 1 task to complete for free to the first person who asks. Not for free, but for honest feedback here. Some limitations though:
- it would be great if it is a real issue. Would you want just to test please wait for 1 day since the time of current message to give a chance to a person that could really need it.
- a task should not exceed 3 man hours (or a bit more) to complete. Please estimate fairly.
- set the features of successful completion.
- set the reasonable deadline.
- if the task is confidential, please state in this thread that you take it and email the matter to the mailbox noted above. This will not be disclosed to anybody but performers.
- the task should not be highly specialized or require additional investments. In this case we'll propose a list of "outside" performers with contacts and short description of each.
