naw, that is about the right place for a place like this. its super late 80s/early 90s. take a look at the book shelf. that stuff isnt going anywhere. so, basically, for anyone to live there, they have to live around the stuff the owner left behind.

flats like these are pretty dangerous, since the owner basically wants to just take money for nothing.
