3-room flat on the 12th floor of apartment house with concierge, videosurveillance and tidy communal areas
The apartment consists of: hall, living-room, eat-in kitchen, 2 bedrooms, bathroom, wc, balcony with great views to the river, the American Embassy and the White House (House of the Government of the Russian Federation). The flat is furnished (the second bedroom will be furnished in accordance with the tenant's needs) and equipped, including air-conditioning, wi-fi internet and dishwasher. Condition of the flat: move-in ready (after renovation).
Rental fee: 100,000 RUR/month + utilities
If necessary, the landlord is ready to assist in the obtainment of the resident parking permit
No pets allowed; couple with kids are welcome.

nice place indeed, even better the pics on the internet side. but why put these cheapo plastic curtain and shower tubes in the bathroom. this is cccp style...

Don't ya just hate that? I put it down to the lazy cleaning lady, it's so hard to find good help now a days.

Is it just me (being the drunken sod that I am) or is the photo of that nice "view" a painting?

Please help me here people, I just spent 10 days by the sea in St. Pete, very beautiful I I might add. I am still getting my land legs but something is off about those photos.
