while the place is nice indeed, the price is not real.

no smoking i can understand, because we do not smoke. nothing worse when a place stinks of cold smoke. though even nearly all the people that we know and who smoke, go either out on the balcony or out to the staircase to have a drag.
no pets i also can understand, though we have 2 cats, a dog and a parrot. who are fairly peaceful living together. and don't chew the carpet or shoes..... not to nice to have chewed up furniture legs, pulled down wallpaper or whatever a per might do.
these are two things a landlord can demand. or make sure he gets re imbursed for damage caused by pets. dry cleaning of carpets, new wall paper, how to replace chewed up legs of furniture? maybe the owner has an allergic reaction to cats-dogs hair. how do we know. one NEVER can get them all out once you have a pet.....

same prices as here.....though i wonder indeed if anyone will be prepared to pay, here or on the website.
