Wally of course not. they think they are ABOVE the law, just by waving their American passport. and they think they do the poor, unwashed, uncought Russians a big favor trying to bring them the benefits of Burger culture and USA style of democracy. Ungrateful lot these Russians indeed, dragging one of them before the Kadi....

Very harsh to kick him out of the country , having a family here and making Russia is home hopefully will work in his favour.A fine and a warning should have been enough.

some of them indeed think waving their USA passport is like a magic wand and will make miracles.... fairytales might be still in fashion, but only with kids at bed time. in life the harsh reality rules.
