Whilst European countries are being lectured about their failure to take in enough refugees, Saudi Arabia – which has taken in precisely zero migrants – has 100,000 air conditioned tents that can house over 3 million people sitting empty.

The sprawling network of high quality tents are located in the city of Mina , spreading across a 20 square km valley, and are only used for 5 days of the year by Hajj pilgrims - For the rest of the year, Mina remains pretty much deserted!

The tents, which measure 8 meters by 8 meters, were permanently constructed by the Saudi government in the 1990’s and were upgraded in 1997 to be fire proof. They are divided into camps which include kitchen and bathroom facilities.

The tents could provide shelter for almost all of the 4 million Syrian refugees that have been displaced by the country’s civil war, which was partly exacerbated by Saudi Arabia ’s role in funding and arming jihadist groups.

However, as the 'Washington Post' reports, wealthy Gulf Arab nations like Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Kuwait and others have taken in precisely zero Syrian refugees. Although Saudi Arabia claims it has taken in 500,000 Syrians since 2011, rights groups point out that these people are not allowed to register as migrants. Many of them are also legal immigrants who moved there for work. In comparison, Lebanon has accepted 1.3 million refugees – more than a quarter of its population.

While it refuses to take in any more refugees, Saudi Arabia has offered to build 200 mosques for the 500,000 migrants a year expected to pour into Germany.

Saudis argue that the tents in Mina are needed to host the annual Islamic pilgrimage to Mecca, but given that the Arabic concept of Ummah is supposed to offer protection to all Muslims under one brotherhood, surely an alternative location could be found so that Mina can be repurposed to house desperate families fleeing war and ISIS persecution?

The likelihood of the Saudis inviting Syrian refugees to stay in Mina is virtually zero, but the thousands of empty tents serve as a physical representation of the hypocrisy shared by wealthy Gulf Arab states when it comes to helping with the crisis.

during the last few weeks i was reading through all these stories. Through Austrian/German/Brit/USA and Finnish newspapers.
Refugees this or that, if they DO NOT WANT TO GO HERE OR THERE can or should one force them?
there was one article, i don't recall which Scandinavian country, the Syrian refugees are leaving there again. they say it is to cold, to =empty=, they don't want to stay there.there are 10's of thousands still on the move. and more to come. and that is only from the Middle Est. Russia and Germany are talking to Assad now. All over sudden, while he is not a particular friend to the West, he is now useful to them. Frau Merkel and also Obama need him now. What a game of political prostitution..Our enemy.the IS,is now all over sudden your enemy as well. and `YOU are on our side now... I remember the story about the USA,Taliban and Soviet Union. Backfired many years later. Will that one as well?.

The Saudis are one of the most repressive totalitarian regimes on the planet. Even if they acquiesced to accepting refugees, what sane person would want to go there? I'm guessing -nobody. If they put a happy welcome mat out in front of every one of those air conditioned tents and handed out brochures at the border, nobody would come.

Really, it's not even an option. If the Saudis didn't keep their own people locked up so tightly, they'd leave too. N. Korea ain't got nothing on Saudi Arabia.

Except the oil [money].

Nice people.

well our oh so nice christian religions are not THAT much better either. fair enough, they don't chop off head or hands, but what for instance is the Russian orthodox church doing to help the refugees? zilch, as far as i know. what is my oh so holy catholic church doing in Austria? well. not much more either. they know only how to preach what to do and what not, but they themselves for sure don't live by that. it is one thing the good Pope Francis says in the `USA or Brasil or wherever he is, even in Rome. but his underlings are far from listening to him.
Now that the waves of hoopla and tearjerking have settled a bit, facts are coming to see the light of the day. and they are not pretty. and SYRIAN refugees, many are not. and what there is, many are just plain =Wirschaftsflüchtlinge=, economical refugees? who think in the Germany the roads are plastered with gold and everything will be taken care off. far from it... if you can read german, check out every day www.bild.de, www.kurier.at, www.krone.at, www.oe24.at. and things will be seen in a little bit a different light.
these clowns are starting to fight already amongst themselves (religious reasons) they have to be separated in the camps by religion already. In Germany some extremists DEMAND?! a ban of the Oktoberfest, to much alkohol, nudity and fornication going on behind the tents.... they can't handle it, let them go back home. they were not invited, they came, now they must also learn to adapt. they don't want? let them go back. Germany is a democracy, everyone is free to come and go...And so is Austria.or France or any other =Western country....
i know these rabble rousers are most probably a minority. but they must be found, dealt with as the law sees fit. fast and efficient. and for the rest who is in need, where there is a will there is a way. and there will be a way to help them.
and repatriation is starting already...

i got that in my e mail. from a person that i trust not to send me crap. still, since there are no further links, everyone make up their own mind what it is all about.

Police officers in Bulgaria discovered boxes owned by Muslim refugees heading for Germany, they found 10,000 fake passports made in Turkey, that would have been given to terrorists. According to the report:

An ISIS terrorist posing as an 'asylum seeker' has been arrested by German police in a 'refugee' center in Stuttgart, and German customs officers have seized boxes containing Syrian passports being smuggled into Europe.

According to a report carried by RTL's German language service, the terrorist is a 21-year-old Moroccan using a false identity who had registered as an asylum seeker in the district of Ludwigsburg. He was identified after police linked him to a European arrest warrant issued by the Spanish authorities. He is accused of recruiting fighters for ISIS, where he acted as a contact person for fighters who wanted to travel to Syria or Iraq.

This first confirmed arrest of a bogus asylum seeker came simultaneously with the admission by a German finance ministry spokesman that boxes of fake Syrian passports, destined for sale and distribution to the hordes of nonwhite invaders seeking to settle in Europe as bogus war refugees, had been seized.

That news, carried in a report by the German Tagespiegel newspaper, also revealed that 10,000 fake Syrian passports were seized by police in Bulgaria, on their way to Germany.

The finance ministry official said both genuine and forged passports were in the packets intercepted in the post. Possession of these passports is a vital part of claiming asylum as war refugees.

The Tagespiegel also revealed that the fake Syrian passports are being sold for about $ 1,500 each-and the fact that many of the refugees can afford to buy multiple passports is yet another indication of the bogus nature of their claims to be asylum seekers
Significantly, the Tagespiegel article continued, â € œIt is not only Syrians who are interested in Syrian passports. Refugees from Iraq, Afghanistan, and Pakistan want to become Syrian in order to secure their recognition as asylum seekers in Western Europe. According to press reports, nine out of ten refugees who came from Macedonia to Serbia claimed they were Syrians.

The trade in fake Syrian passports was also confirmed by the head of the EU frontier police, Fabrice Leggeri, in a recent interview with the Europe 1 TV station.

Leggeri told Europe 1 that the trade in fake Syrian passports originated in Turkey. "There are people who are now in Turkey, buying false Syrian passports because they have obviously realized that it is a windfall since Syrians get asylum in all Member States in the European Union", he said.

â € œPeople who use false Syrian passports often speak in Arabic. They may originate in North Africa or the Middle East, but have the profile of economic migrants.â €

The fact that these passports were made in Turkey show that the inundation of refugees is part of a conspiracy devised by Turkey, ISIS and Saudi Arabia.

What you are seeing in Europe is not the coming in of refugees, but an invasion. These are not refugees, but invaders. These people barging into Europe are criminals for the most part. They are coming into Europe with their anti-Christian sentiments. In Macedonia, these Muslim heretics rejected help from the Red Cross because their aid boxes had a Christian Cross on them.
