they always have some sort or other picture exhibition... well worth seeing. problem though, they never advertise what and when.

always worth checking out the Moscow Metro site. a few days ago they had in the station Partisanskaya ( there is a third rail there, done when the Olympics were held, to get more trains in and out) equipment that is being used to repair tunnels and other infrastructure, whatever is moving on rails, very interesting. normally one does not see these wagons/coaches/ whatever one might call it.

Park Pobedi, longest escalator of all Metro stations, gives some interesting photo ops....

Rimskaya, has interesting motives, columns, pics, from old Roman motives.

... please guide me there.. thanksSome years ago I used a week to go and see all metro stations, it was in St. Petersburg so I only needed a week, I went out at the platform and looked around then went up/out and looked around there, it took a lot of time but I never regret it, of cause not all stations was interesting in the same way, but it was great event for me.
I think I would do the same in Moscow if I had the time to spend on this looking around.

agree.. i will start with the more famous ones ... most of the time we are usually running for work so no time to appreciate the beauty.. will now ensure to spend few minutes on appreciating the finer aspects of these..
