Kids in hockey

Any expat here have kids playing hockey in Russia? If so, where? How have you found the experience? Have a 9 year old going into his 5th year of hockey (Atom in Canada / Squirt in US). Just wondering what it would be like for him if I picked up another contract and we came back to Russia for a few years.
