I am for sure there are a few honest people around who could do a better job running a country. but that for sure does not suite the Multis, the oil conglomerates, Nestle, Kellogs and the like who get cheap raw materials form there. and throw them a few crumbs as salaries price for their products and produce.

The IMF and World Bank also heavily involved, making sure these folks are always heavily in debt, meanwhile big agricultural subsidies in the EU mean that African farmers go out of business because of cheap EU imports
