What is the question behind the question, Miracle77777?
Do you want to be a mod, or do you just wonder how people like me ended up here? :)

Nice quiz...eh??

To be honest...I have a feeling that once I had wandered somewhere on forum....and had find a "Group or membership" and it was open for joining.....Unfortunately I could not find it again....so decided to ask you directly......:rules:

PS: Do you spend a lot of time in being Moderator??!:yikes:

I can't tell you in general how much time modding takes, as I don't know exactly how much time each of the mods spends here. All of us do it on a voluntary basis, combining it with real jobs and real personal lifes. So we spend free time.

I think that all in all, you wouldn't spend so much more time as a mod here, but you would be spending your time maybe differently.

I agree with Ezik. I try to spend as much time as I can "manning the fort" but with travelling, starting and running a new business and a family at home, I've found it tough to spend that much time on here lately.

Because my time on here is limited, I tend to flick through the posts looking for obvious violations of the rules first, and then if I have time I can actually read and enjoy the posts.

Maybe I should be a candidate to moderate, as I (or my colleagues) are online 24/7! I would be a very good moderator, especially with some guys :happymad:

Don't be afraid, it is just a joke :)

if Bels become a moderator the site will have no logic at all, and rather than providing info it would confuse users

Miracle a good mod? no way, she is so naive that just could not cope with lots of the stuff in here, also someone may read all the crap she spouted on the other site about here

the best she can do is like opening a section for "broken hearts" and running it

They are like me: UN-introduced people :)

what is your avatar about?

Blin Sal, you don't know what is this picture?

I agree with you being a mod, really.

I will ask woden/britpat1, hal-something, MM, and some 3 or 4 others, their vote should balance with you... Oh I cannot remember the nickname of this specialist of sado-maso games who some months ago was fighting with me, maybe he will approve my candidature if he plays the maso guy :)

To be a moderator is probably one of the most unthankful jobs there is. Everything you post can be used against you.

Nevertheless, without them this forum would not the friendly (well, most of the time) forum it is, and I am glad some people are willing to do the job. And are actually quite good at it! Thanks!

Thanks, DBND.....
I think without Mods it will be a real mess
So - this is very responsible business.....to control a situation and make it friendly and nice for communication.....ahd helpful.....
But.....still think, that the great role in this are playing by us....Expat-users.....
If we are friendly and ready to contributing - it will be easier for everyone to get along ^^
We should think about it more often.....:sunny:
