How do I post a new thread?

New to forum software? Unsure of how to post a thread? Here is a short explanation:

1. Click on a forum name >>> Click here for the Practice Area <<< (http://www.expat.ru/forum/practice-area/)

2. Click on the "New Thread" button

3. (if replying to a thread) Click on the "Reply" button

4. If you don't see either button, it means the forum in question is closed for posting. If you are trying to post something in the Marketplace or Classified sections, then please see this thread (http://www.expat.ru/forum/marketplace-help/56466-read-me-first.html) for posting instructions.

5. Type your message in the main edit area, if it is a new thread you must also add a subject. You may also add an icon if it is a new thread. When finished click on the "Submit" button.
