nothing has been found yet, nothing has been proven or or no one found guilty.
God bless America and their weird law system and the judges as well....

Its such a pity that these a$$holes weren't on that plane; the world would be that little bit better today.

Vultures that live off the backs of other hard-working individuals.

That shouldn't be a surprise considering US is the most litigious country in the world. A parent can sue you if you touch their kid for assault, trauma and psychological issues to their kid. It's absurd I know but lawyers are the worst since they profit the most from class action suits and their clients get pennies.

Okay, but if that's the case, there should be a reason why it has become so common. Surely, they've created the laws that are making it possible?

Most politicians in Washington are lawyers by profession and they created laws to benefit themselves.

There is an obvious need for laws and lawyers within society, but when it gets to the point that lawyers are chasing ambulances and waiting for disasters its just a step too far.

That's exactly what I was implying in my previous comment ;)

I'd say it's absurd one can sue anyone for anything. You spilled hot coffee from MacD on yourself? You are the one to blame!

But it is equally absurd, one cannot sue or rather get anywhere with your just lawsuit - good luck with suing a malpractioning doctor in Sweden. A rapist's right to sue a victim for using force to fight him off is equally absurd. Brutal force was used? You don't deserve to live, scum! Yet the law says otherwise.
