Missing US reporter last seen in N. Ossetia
The U.S. Embassy has confirmed that an American female reporter who lives in Russia has been missing since February 8 in the area near Mozdok, North Ossetia.

"The U.S. Embassy in Moscow has filed an official missing persons report with the Prosecutor's Office and notified the Foreign Ministry of its concern for the missing reporter's welfare so that appropriate Russian interagency contacts can be made by the Russian government," an embassy spokesman said.

"The U.S. Embassy will continue searching for the missing reporter through all of its available sources," he said. Because of privacy act restrictions, the embassy cannot release the name of the missing reporter or the newspaper she works for.

A Moscow city police source told Interfax earlier that "the U.S. Embassy consul told the police on Tuesday that U.S. citizen Rebecca Santana, born in 1971, left her residence on Serafimovich Street and has not returned. She works for a news agency." The source said the woman is 30-35 years old, 160-165 centimeters tall, has brown eyes and hair and a straight nose.

The source ain't too quick with subtraction or addition, is she/he ? My rusty math would put 2004-1971 at 32 or 33.

32/33 is between 30-35, is it not?

You don't think she could've narrowed it down a bit further from 30-35 ?

What's up with the "straight nose" part of her description. I just found that a little weird.
