Hey People,

I have an idea for a theatrical play.
I wonder if I should write it by myself
or co-author with my friend.

I know that I am not good at writing dialogues.

Also, besides writing I have to do other things.
Even if I write smth good by myself, it will take much longer.
And if it gets written, I would like to see it staged in half a year not in five years.

So, a play about chess. I know more about chess and chess masters than my friend. My friend knows more about theater and theatrical plays than I do.

Would co-authoring be a better idea than writing it all alone?

---------------
Also, the question of copyrights.
Is it something that must be agreed before the actual work starts?

O.K. I would like to be the King of the Hill.
Also, the idea is totally mine.
I know how it shall start and end. And why.

But I know to bring it to perfection I will need his help.
Or if not his help, then the help of smb who studied theater...

Also, this smb must love chess. My friend started to love it. Appreciate and love it.
