Anyone know of any cafes, bars, or restaurants that let you byob?

They're called anti-cafes. You pay by the minute, bring your own alcohol up to 15%. Their prices are 60rub/hr before 6pm. 90rub/hr after 6pm per person, free crackers and tea.

Ha cool, good for the cold weather I guess, when you can't be drinking outside. Know of any addresses? And do they provide glasses or do you have to take your own? do they have food?

This is the only one I've been to since its around the corner from my uni

There are others that I've heard about, on Hoboslabotska too, though never been.

Just in contrary, it's good to drink outside while the cold weather ;)
