If you want to know about Britain in education in general in Britain please ask. I can't speak for any other country or specialise in any specific subject.

is not that, apparently, the only good faculty Russia can boast? seems like saying "i have studied at the conservatory in moscow" (probably a place lacking basic funds even for cleaning the rooms) it is a big thing

i know because i happened to hang out with couple of foreigners who made all the way through moscow to get part of their education in moscow at the conservatory near krasnopreskaya

For the UK, try here -

Sibelius Academy: MUSIC INSTITUTES, MUSIC SCHOOLS AND MUSIC DEPARTMENTS (http://www2.siba.fi/Kulttuuripalvelut/institutes.html#UK)

I'd recommend Goldsmiths from the ones listed on the link as a good place to start. I know quite a few people who've been through there and have all recommended it.

They will simply give you a list of professianall education establishments. All will be regulated. No face to face and they promote some of the educational establishments in the world. And no corruption I am certain of.

That is hopeful at least...
That's why I am so interesting where one could get a good education and promote himself without corruption things? ^-^ I admit that in area of Culture or Art - it is much more difficult ^-* bit still......
