Do u say ey instead oh good old eh in the States?!

No :) It's a Canadian thing to put "ey" at the end of spoken/vernacula sentences. Like wearing woolen checkered hats with the earflaps down or watching Hockey Night In Canada :mml:

Here, Texans will say, "Yo'all come back now, hear!".
