I think the top one should be posted on the Moscow Girls thread so the Welsh and NZs among us can contribute.

"At 30 June 2010, an estimated 566 815 New Zealand citizens were present in Australia."

Our roadsigns are to take into account the New Zealand refugees and their Sheep fetish.

Sorry Yak those public health warnings have been around since the beginning of the 1900s well before any immigration factors came into play :D
Also I am led to believe they had to be done as visual messages as the general population had trouble with reading signs (especially in Queensland :D)

Crocs. No crocs in NZ (I believe), just lots & lots of rabbits and sheep.

The middle one should be Kiwiland because of 'penguins'.

The bottom one looks to be a sign from Kakadu, OZ. A couple of years ago, German tourists swimming in a pool there got eaten because they couldn't read the English [NO SWIMMING] sign.

Middle on is Boulders Beach. just South of Simonstown (Capetown. South Africa) I actually lived just down the road from the beach when I was a kid- and penguins did have the tendency to get under the cars.

We have plenty of penguins in Australia ( a fact few believe) from Jervis bay near Sydney to French Island near Melbourne and many other places.

After talking to my *fiance* last night I am convinced that the 1st image perfectly characterizes certain parts of Oz.

DUH! I'd rather be in New Zealand than in his forum, I can tell you that. It's a wonderful place if you own a land there. I'm a distant friend with Thompson Twins and I've been to their farm in the 90's with my other friends, and it was wonderful!

I have watched the Thomson twins, they have been around a long time, I see you are in Ryazan, I hang around there quite a bit but only in the summer season, cannot stand the cold and back to NZ for the summer as well

I love TT. They are so talented and so friendly at the same time. I listen to them all the time. Ryazan is no more boring than Long Island (NY, USA), where we are from. I make my own Margaritas and my own shrimp cocktail here. I also learned to eat crawfish and I like it, believe it or not. We're going to Cuba soon. Should be nice :)

After 32 years, the OZ coroner court has decided a dingo did infact take the baby Azarias and the parents have been adjudicated.
