Swedish academics did some mathematics. they gave Santa a base in Kazakhstan, why it does not say. And he has 48h to bring all the presents. about 1/2 a microsecond per child, to slide down the chimney, stuff all the socks and stockings, taste the milk and cookies. and then he is off to the next child.
there are also some other nice figures there, sorry PROMT will do a better task of translating then i do.
It is a slow day today, so i suppose it is just OK to read things like that. And it is Christmas after all.

Yes slow day. American NORAD is tracking Santa instead of Russian missiles.

it is actually fun, i did not know the site existed. well at least they have something useful to do now, since the threat from the -Red East- is no more...
