Steven Gerrard is clean through on goal, however he scuffs his shot, falls to the ground and then screams for a penalty.

Do you?

B: Award the penalty to Liverpool, book the player nearest to him and send off the opposition goalkeeper at your discretion?

He never was quite the same player after he lost a foot in the helicopter crash.

He's still probably good enough thr current England team!

Situation

Man Ure a fairly big football club in Salford, is aware that its record signing defender has a drugs test. The defender does not turn up for said test!

A) Is this highly suspicious due to the fact football players have people surrounding them doing everything for them and surely he must have been told or even escorted to the drugs test.

B) The player in question admit's to senior people at his club about a night on the 'coke' and is advised to take a trip shopping and deny all knowledge and get a far lighter penalty from the FA!

C)The player suffers a typical moment which usually happens on the pitch when the defender was more interested in what was on his I-pod than actually what was happening around him and really didnt hear about the drugs test!

The answers to the question I asked and indeed the one you raised are obviously 'C'.

Don't worry about it.

When you're thirty you'll be saying life begins at forty. And so on.
