I've read many related threads but wanted to have the expat.ru community debate this one.
A person has both Russian and Canadian citizenship and passports from both countries. The Russian passport is in the person's maiden name - the Canadian one in their married name. To leave Canada, their airline ticket must be in the person's maiden name (to match the Russian passport as an entry document). The return ticket is in the married name (to match the Canadian passport for travel in the EU). I understand one is to present their Russian passport to the airline at departure from Canada, their Russian passport to enter Russia, their Canadian passport to the airline (in Russia) to enter the EU and once again their Russian passport at the border checkpoint (to leave Russia). Do I have this right ?
