I am looking to move to Perm, Russia, this year and would like to talk to someone who lives there - get an idea concerning housing, employment, etc. I'm a U.S. citizen who has never been to Russia and I don't speak Russian, but I think Perm would be a great place as I've read it has much to offer.

Wasn't Perm' a "closed city" during "the bad old days" :question: From what I've heard, best to bring parkas, valenki, ushanka, etc. and :drink: :badclown:
