Greetings,
Just half an hour ago we had a small accident in the office. And we found out almost all of our easy-to-reach first aid kits are useless. We are now starting to check all of our first aid kits in our offices. If you are not sure about the contents of your kits, i suggest that you do this check too.
I've searched 5 kits for simple materials to stop a cut bleeding. It seems like its not important and since we have those kits nearby we feel ourselves safe. Plus we never think that something will happen and we will use those kits.
And is there a proper list for the contents of these kits?

Be safe, be well

I do not know the right answer but here is the list of the things in our office:
1. patches
2. glue BF (Клей БФ)
3. cloth and cotton
4.iodine
5.hydrogen peroxide
6. albucid and synthomycin topical
7. ammonia
9. Tablets: validol, tavegil, pentalgin - or equivalents
10. activated charcoal

OR you can try 36и6 for the1st aid kit.
