Depends where you're calling.

I think Banana is ok. So was Mango, for a while, but I think the rates have gone up.

Prosto had good rates to Europe, at least, but the connection was horrible.

I have been using Matrix. It's good if you have tone (as opposed to pulse) telephone line. They have a good support service as well.

I use "HALLO MAMA" - it's very cheap price everywhere.

have used zebra for years now and the quality is great ,usually get 200mins for 5$ to london

A friend strongly recommended against HALLO MAMA. If you didn't use the entire card on the first call, the remaining balance was invalidated, as far as I remember.

I have been using Hallo Mamma to call the states and it is great. For a $10 card I get approximately 8 hours worth of talk time, and you do not have to use it all on the first call.

OK. Maybe friend got a bad card. I don't know. Glad it works for you guys :)
