nice to find a 2 bedroom for 3000, must be out in South Butovo.

In Strogino a1 bedroom goes for 25 000. and nothing fancy about ti. I told the landlord he is sick in his brain. When they hear 'foreigner' and $$ or Euro, they forget all the reality. (he is sitting now the third month on his empty place,I know)

You know, in the article, the rent agency said that the average cost for two rooms appartment is 3 300 USD (that is just PR).

As for Strogino, the area is a bit expensive in comparison with other locations.

18 000 rur-25 000 rur is a preliminary price for even 2 rooms appartment in Kolomenskoye now (my friend rented for 20 000).

Moscow 15th? Did Novosibirsk, Vladivostok, Ekaterinburg, Perm' etc creep ahead? ;) Surely only *Russian* cities could be ahead of Moscow ;)

They could be in first 10 when the Urals crude reach $200/barrel.
