View Full Version : Playing football

I just moved to Moscow and would to know where I can find regular games - is there a park or sporting area that people normally play at? I'm right next to Krasniye Vorota, so I can get most places in the city pretty easily on the metro, but I'm not really sure where to even begin looking.

Also - if anyone has a team and needs a keeper, send me a message (I made sure to bring my gloves with me). I also have 4-6 friends who just moved here interested in playing as well.

If you are non russian or Russian with 2 passports, ie Russian and US or British and are 28 yrs of age and over you can try out for out team.

PM if you or if your friends are interested.

I'm 30 and a USA citizen, so that's not an issue. Several of my friends are under the 28 age limit - so I'm not sure the expat league would work for them.

I'm definitely interested in playing in the expat league, but I'm also interested in just playing some pickup football ... wasn't sure of a good park to head to or somewhere to try and find a game.
