Cosmo,

That's the encoding. The default seems to be West European, which gives you those symbols. You can view it in Russian (in your browser) by going to View>Encoding>Cyrillic (Windows).

For some reason, the defualt seems to be Western European and it switches to WEstern European any time you change a page, but I'm sure we can fix that.

If after View>Encoding>Cyrillic (Windows) you still can't see Russian letters, then switch to Cyrillic (COI8-R).

Done all that and it works temporarilly, i.e. till I re-load the page and the Russian part of my signature goes into either gobbledegook or says something non-sensical in Cyrillic letters. In my User CP it types and reads correctly in Russian, but once I post something in the Forums the sig goes haywire again. Is it my computer settings or can anyone reading this, see the correct Russian letters in my signature?
