What regions/areas are best to live in / commute from if you have kids going to the Anglo American School?

Obviously, the most convenient is the Hines Pokrovsky Hills development which adjoins the AAS. The Hines development is a fenced and guarded development and it has a gate directly from that development into the grounds of the AAS which, of course, is also gated and guarded. I have no idea as to availability but you can contact them at 6 Gasheka Street, Suite 820, Moscow, Russia 125047, Phone: 7-495-785-05-00, Fax: 7-495-785-05-10. I'm sorry, there is no e-mail address listed.

There is another community just a bit further up the road named, "Chaika" but I cannot find any contact information for it. Other developments/areas are Rosinka by the Moscow Country Club, Srebrany Bor, and Syetun (not terribly convenient to AAS) . I'm attaching a link for a MS Powerpoint presentation which I found on-line. I hope it helps. Good Luck!

Okay, it didn't work again. Go to google and put into the search the following, "renew life Moscow" and one of the first links that should come up is a powerpoint presentation. It is very informative. Again, good luck!!

Pokrovsky is good choice and also at 3 min walkable distance you can find a nice apartment. These are just close to the school, so that you can just walk, but the rentals here are very high (approx. $10000/month). If you prefer bit cheaper, then near metro Sokol is the best option from where the kids can commute by the shuttle provided by school. And there is another complex called Rosinka which too provide transportation to the school, and this is bit far from the center and bit more expensive than Pokrovsky.
If you need any suggestions, feel free to ask me.
