Dzien dobry panstwu!

I'd like to practice my Polish - possibly in exchange for English, possibly not, possibly in a small group, it's up to you.

My speaking ability of the language is not that great but my comprehension is good. I'd like to preserve & strengthen what I know before the local Slavic language erodes it away!

The best practice of Polish is a trip to Poland. I do not know the languauge but I understand 60-70% of it. I went to Poland last May to visit my Polish friends. My Polish friends know Russian and their friends don't. Their friends talked to me in Polish and I answered back in Russian. :D

Yeah, well, I can't do that quite as often as I'd like! (I was there last summer, though.)

Hi!
I'll be in Poland for 2 weeks in May (for a conference) and I'm flying into Warsaw on my birthday where I'll meet a few friends, none of them are from the town although some are Polish. Would anyone be able to suggest a suitable restaurant, nothing posh, just really pleasant, maybe with a garden? I spent a day in Warsaw in May last year and it was really beautiful, I'm looking forward to being there again!

I remember that there are many cute restaurants in the center of Warszawa (in Old part of the city). I don't rem their names, sorry.
As to me, I think Krakow is more beautiful than Warszawa:p
