Yes, I have been to the Scottish Highlands. Absolutely breathtaking scenery!

Glencoe has an awesome atmosphere surrounding it. I felt the hairs stand up on the back of my neck as a turned into the
glen. It narrows and somehow encloses you. As I said awesome!

The pic I posted is not mine, although I do have similar ones.

"last visit to kamchatka" would imply multiple trips - do you have much experience with the area?

Do you surf by any chance?
Even if not - have you seen good waves there? I know they get them. It is uncharted territory in terms of surf, which makes it a very attractive adventure. Talk of an expedition surfaces among the surfing world every so often and I am interested in it myself, but it just hasn't happened.
