Who told you that?!?! I never saw any dang subtitry! There was actually a big letter writing campaign when BBC America took it off the air. I freely admit to watching it - can't friggin' believe the killed off Dirty Den AGAIN.

Boscoe was indeed the finest student a language teacher could have wished for and I thank him for his recommendation.

I managed to teach him to the degree where it is impossible to tell him from a native speaker of English.

Never could get him to grasp using a decent, intelligible accent though!!
