OH BOY! My wife was a tour operator before she had my son. Now he is older she wants to start again. Problem is that she is trying not to be cheap. She is now saying it is time to change my profession.

Only joking, as tour operators seek volume/ You are looking for a travel agent.

Hi! What destination are you going? It really depends on that. Suppose it should be somewhere out of Russia if it is in February? You may try "turfirma Neva", Coral travel, VKO travel. But they have relatively the same prices for the so-called "beach holidays" as well as excursion trips. The cheapest way is to book a hotel and airplane tickets directly, especially if you are not a Russian citizen and do not have to struggle with a visa limitation.

Hi! I prefer ВАО ИНТУРИСТ - Пресс-центр, новости (http://www.intourist.ru/). It's a wellknown russian touroperator with 80 years history. I book all my tickets there because they have the cheapest prices (sure inernet booking is even cheaper but sometimes i need to find the best way quickly, so i go there). Also they are very friendly, happy to help and optimize your spends (sounds strange but true). Their office in Arbat Интурист - Магазин Путешествий, офисы (http://www.intouristmp.ru/office.aspx) (the first one) (where i always come to) is very clean (it's a small detail, sure, but Neva looks so dirty and messy... Ones i came there and didn't want to come back again).
Enjoy your trip! :)

rather take something reliable, you want to go there and come back without hassles.
to me TUI is a good one ( sorry i recommend a german one, they are new in Russia but one of the biggest operators in Germany since donkey's years, even ahve their own planes). And where TUI does not go, a plane can not fly.
