Agreed! But Moscow is really a wrong place for use owl-messaging, thanks to guys from the local government. They just will make users pay a great fine for having such un-registered suspicious free-moving creatures...

That's true...mobile reception has gotten worse lately...can't recall how many times i was talking and connection fell...it's a pain in the zhopa...
About the owl messaging...i think it's perfectly possible here, unless if your messenger have to cross red square, cause as i heard, they got hawks to scare all birds from around that area...so your owl may never reach the final destination...:-)

I also agree. I think it's because they have more and more subscribers and they can not keep the pace with the network :)

They don't build it fast enough :)

Will it be perfect when it's +25c ?

I use MTC and haven't had one problem in 12 months

The telecom gods are trying to make it up to you for your internet problems.

You may scoff at Kak, but itís a little known fact that digital mobile signals actually freeze solid and fall out of the sky at below -30c. Mobile developers are working on ways of carrying the signal on microwave frequencies as this will heat the signal as it travels.

well, well. there was nothing about the cloudy sky outside to suggest that strange and mysterious things would soon be happening....

Brasco, would you be kind enough to share the secret where one can get an owl capable of delivering mails... i've always dreamt of having one :)
