I am stuck....

Need some good ideas for a corp. party (or an event celebration) for approx 30 people.

The meanest thing is - the budget given is so low that it would only be enough for several pizzas from Jack's + soda. But this doesn't sound like a party to me at all!!!

I need something cheap but cool and funny is that possible??

Not ASAP, so there is plenty or room for the creative answers :D

I might come up with something by tomorrow or day after, but would be curious to hear your ideas!

Thanks!

Talk to Papa Johns. They're not very expensive.

"TO-GA!" (requires no translation), as in "toga," the elegant attire of upper-class Roman citizens.

Have you never, ever heard of a toga party, as featured in the film "Animal House"?!?

Dirt cheap to throw: just buy gallons of inexpensive wine and have everybody bring their own bedsheets, sandals, and laurel wreaths. By midnight, the whole thing will hopefully have been transformed into a wild bacchanalia....

So the tender is still on, folks!! The best party idea = beer at Albion on me.

Hey!! I know what you are thinking about - forget about it! NO COLLECTIVE ideas accepted. :D :D

Idea?

Get the team together, buy a load of meat, veg, wine, vodka etc. Pick a place out in the country, build a bonfire and get everyone to contribute to the cooking process. Also take some guitars etc and do the whole Russian shashlik/bar-b-que thing, food-vodka-singalong. Good fun and good for building a team spirit. And cheap!!

DJ, that would be a great idea for the summerrtime. and the transportation problem arises. Not to say about the sacred "safety".... God forbid some little accident happens to someone... you know what I mean? It's a US company.

Actually if you are ( I mean your company) out of money you can buy some food and drinks and chill in office.

Mmm, a US company worried about safety with no transport and little entertainment budget, do you really think you have anything to celebrate? :D
