Cosmonautics Museum - highly and strongly recommended. Fantastic remont of old museum. Check out the minuscule Salyut capsule for three people, say hello to Strelka and Byelka, and marvel at just about everything. If you want toilets, they are just inside the entrance - funnily enough none near the excellent cafe. Well worth an extended day out. On the way to the next venue, stroll down Cosmonaut's Alley - and see the new statue of Sergei Pavlovich Korolev just erected.

Now visit Korolev's House itself, about 10 minutes walk away. Don't miss this height of Soviet Luxury - where the Man himself, the Great Constructor lived and worked. Get a great guided tour from Nina Dimitrievna (300 rubles, Russian language only) and feel the Man's presence in the house. Also, his Refrigerator is just marvellous - a ЗИЛ Москва !!!

Overall these two venues are absolutely wonderful !
