Take one Boursin cheese thingy - flavour is up to you ...

Scrape into a pot/frying pan ....heat on a low heat, add a dollop of cream of your choice. Not too much, just enough to make it runny unless you like runny sauce in that case knock yourself out add as much as you want.

Add what ever else you fancy - crispy bacon / prawns / fried onion / mushrooms

Pour over the pasta shape (already cooked as per packet) of your choice, mix.

Serve with green salad & crispy bread

Enjoy !!

The horror of it!! You adulterating a lowfat recipe! Unforgivable!!;)

By the way, do you know that Boursin costs a whopping 10 here!! - Like many things at Stokmanns, it's nice but it's not that nice!

There is a passable substitute for Boursin available at 7th now - and I'm sure at plenty of other places - for about 35 RUR. It is President creamy cheese, packaged in a square box which holds a tin. Creme Bonjour might also do the trick for a recipe like this - same price range.
