View Full Version : dogwalker/trainer in Moscow

27-10-2008, 09:44

I just moved to Moscow, and I have a French Bulldog who is agressive towards other dogs, and very protective of me and my husband.
Does anybody know a trainer or a dogwalker who works with such problematic animals???
The dogwalkers in my area are not professionals but just people who like dogs without any professional knowledge!

Please help me out!!! I would appreciate any suggestions!

Language is not a problem, I speak Slovenian, Serbian, English, Italian, Spanish and German, and understand some Russian too!!!

Thank you!!!

Have you found a vet yet? Your vet may be able to recommend someone.

The only vet I know of is Dr. Yuri Shishmaryov (and his wife, Valeria), Expats use them because Valeria speaks English, but you would not be limited to them.

They are associated with Movet (a vet clinic). The web site for it is movet dot ru.

I just found, in my Living in Moscow book, two suggestions.

Olga Shilova (recommended by Dr. Yuri, it says)
She is a professional dog trainer. She speaks English and Russian.
