What should I expect to pay for a nanny to help look after 4-month-old twins? Mom will be around generally, but needs to have a chance to sleep, read, do shopping, etc. for a few hours at a time. We would like someone to come for a few hours at a time, a few days a week, and they don't need to speak English.

I pay 150 roubles an hour for a Russian nanny (plus tip). I had paid 160 roubles an hour for a philipinno nanny but I had found that they most of the time need full time jobs. So we lost many nannies and decided to get a part time Russian nanny.
