Moscow Youth Baseball League

The Moscow Youth Baseball League is having its tryouts and first practices/games this Saturday morning/afternoon at the Anglo-American School.

I have participated in this in the past, and found it to be a great opportunity for kids to learn baseball. The season last six weeks, and kids are awarded medals and given a team picture in the end. The quality of play is very good. The kids all seem to enjoy the season greatly. Hot dogs and hamburgers are served throughout the season by AAS kids fulfilling their community obligations.

The cost is $75 US, and includes uniforms (a team shirt and cap), plus the team picture and award medals. Equipment is provided (excepting gloves, but they can be bought here in Moscow).

It is not too late to join. You may download and bring a registration form from Contact numbers for the organizers are also on the application.
The spirit is willing.
