    suppose it is better do ones owns.
    and one thing is for sure. and old porker will make no good shashlik. never mind how much marinade you make. or what you do and use. and as it says
    in the article, fat must be in the meat or the shashlik will be dry. therefore no pork loin. but pork neck is the best shashlik meat. and no mayonaise, vinegar, onions, dill or any other kind of /100% sure fix/ ingredients.
    There is no greater treasure then pleasure....
