Posting pre-pay debit card from England to Moscow

    Hello
I am intending to post a pre-pay debit card from England to my friend in Moscow using Royal Mail.

    Has anyone here done this?

Are there any regulations to stop me?

    Thanks for any help

    Yes.

    No.

Mail from UK can take up to 2 months to arrive in Moscow. Average is about 3 - 4 weeks.
It is impossible to make people understand their ignorance; for it requires knowledge to perceive it and therefore he that can perceive it hath it not.

wonder though who is to blame. mail from Austria and - or there takes a max of 10 days.( Saturday and Sundays Austrian Post Offices do not work. mailboxes are not being emptied...) said that, valuable mail like a card, i would send only with registered mail in a thick padded envelope. or use a courier service.
